What to Expect from Southwest Interior & Design

At Southwest Interior and Design we can handle whatever your wallpaper needs may be.   Anyone who calls for a wallpaper quote for their home will go through a process to examine existing walls to determine the amount of prep required. Afterwards, measurements are taken to ensure the correct rollage.

Wallpaper is measured in single rolls and border is measured in spools. It is important to measure before selecting paper in order to price the job accordingly. Afterwards a written bid is submitted.

Once measuring and the bid process is complete, the selection of wallcoverings can begin. The first step in selection is making an appointment at our resource showroom. At this time we will assist you in pulling books from our extensive library, which includes books from: Thybony, Warner, Waverly, Blonder, Brewster, Eisenhar, G&W, Imperial Home Decor Group, Seabrook, Schumacher and many more.

A selection like this offers a vast array of choices.  Sometimes the redecorating process of choosing wallcovering can be difficult, but our experienced staff will help you all the way. Once this is complete, Southwest takes it from there.

Ordering and installation of the selected wallcovering is the third and last step. The wallpaper is ordered and scheduled for installation through our Project Coordinator. One of Southwest's professional installers will arrive at your home to hang your selected paper and we'll follow up to make sure you received the quality you deserve.
