We are writing to tell you how very pleased we are with our new bathroom. The work your company did is exceptional and every single employee has been a pleasure to work with. From the sweet voices who helped us over the phone to the outstanding craftsmen who transformed our vision into reality, you are all wonderful. It is a rare thing to see a company that operates with such integrity and upholds the highest standards of quality and caring.

We are taking the time to write this letter because we have had less than desirable experiences with contractors in the past. We have heard horror stories from our neighbors about substandard work done in their homes and so we were wary. Remodeling can be chaotic and stressful, but your crew carefully covered the floors and rugs and cleaned up and even vacuumed (!) at the end of the work day. What a nice surprise.
